4. Important notice — Steady Rent Advance

NOTEIf you have received a Steady Rent Advance (payment of your full lease term's rent up front), then you are not permitted to terminate management until the end of the lease. Your contract with Steady (the company providing the rent advance) prohibits termination of our management for the entire duration of the tenant's lease. If you took part in this program, make sure you don't select a termination date prior to the end of the lease.
